I learned that it is important to get to know your students. And it is important to for the students to get to know one another. It is also important for the students to feel that their teacher cares about them.

it is important to include the learning styles of your students in your teachings.

I learned to be teach based off of how the students learn. make the discussions something that they may be able to relate to within their lives or what they are going through.

I learned to be a friend to the students and not a pal. And be a teacher that students can look up to and relate to. Do not go to your classes/ clinical being a "know it all', because there will always be someone smarter than you in the classroom.
