Hello,

I've learned the most of the online environment contain students who are 25 years of age or older. Most are working full time jobs and are accustom to a traditional learning atmosphere.

Educating in a blended atmosphere has its challenges. However, I feel its necessary to stay connected with the student/students and help become protective in their education. Provide resources to help with student retention.

This course is a refresher course for me. However, it mentioned some important factors on modeling good behavior and professionalism. I believe arriving before class starts, and having things prepared before hand is very important to have a very productive day. Often times I include an agenda on the board so that students are aware of what's being covered in class that day.

I've learned that the importance of soft skills in a classroom will help students succeed in the field. I believe you'll continue the same habits portrayed in the class room out in the field rather good or bad. Establishing great soft skills will help everyone to understand the importance of teamwork, responsibility, flexibility, great communication skills and more. Which will help students remain successful on the job.

I agree. Its extremely important to test the function of online tools to ensure its working properly, and is also a suitable representation on the lectures or skills that were taught online and on campus.
