I learned that a class could run either asynchronous or synchronous but for an online class it should have both. As everybody should have the same deadline which makes it synchronous but they have asynchronous about getting to that deadline line 

One thing that I have learned is that it is very important to know what Learning system we have as not all of them are the same so not all systems will allow contents 

I have learned that Implementing  a new teaching strategies/ Techniques into online classes will look different
