It's an amazing idea to raise this issue of the diversity in classrooms. It stikes many strings on how instructors manage this issue effectively.

I strongly agree that instructors shouldn't consider ESL students as stuggling students. They should be praised for their ability to learn & be proficiennt in English, as this takes away the shame of not knowing the language off their shoulders.

This is the most important practical tip for any instructor, never stereotype. I found it very difficult for me at the beginning & sometimes till now. 

My lifelong experoience of 60 years proved that self control is the first & foremost skill in interpersonal relationships.

This course is very challenging as it touches the most difficult issue of interpersonal relationships within a team. I learned many valuable strategies to adopt in my team.

The insturctor should master this skill before addressing it to the students. He/she should ask challenging questions to stir the students to think & interact. I totally agree on the open-ended questions as a valuable tool.

This technique is one of the most successful in connecting with the students afte the class. It makes this learning process an ongoing one rather than an event.
