I enjoy adding questions to my discussions, the students seem to like it as well

Adding in teaching styles is so important, especially in the new online learning environment.

I like the video and the 4 things to make an effective educator. I strive to make sure my learning environment isnt perceived as threatening or intimidating. Those characteristics make for a hard to learn setting.

I really liked the crisis game. It allows for application of knowledge and a break from lecture. 

It was a good reminder to keep things fun and exciting.

Each student learns in an unique way and by making your lessons plans variable in learning style you can get youri nformation across better. Preparing is the key to successful learning.

I have difficulty remembering names, and making it a point to learn all of them is important. Letting your students know your trying to learn and making an effort shows relatability. 

I think this lesson covered standard terms and showed some good videos on how to keep organized in your classrooms

I took away that you should always show up as a professional, don't assume you are the smartest, and to be excited about the topic.
