All school staff members should always put students first. After all, they are the consumer.
In an Institution, Students are the customers. Therefore, we must make sure we provide all the information they would need to enroll, stay in school and ultimately graduate.
All School Staff members that work together to help students be successful in their education are doing it by being successful themselves and their coworkers.
It is teamwork in the school that helps the student's success. Every department mentors, guides, listen to the student's needs or concerns.
Orientation and mentoring encourages students to feel that they matter. They are not just another number in a school. Staff, Faculty and mentors keep student engaged in their studies and also clarify any concerns that they may encounter at the school. They will feel that they could count on anyone when in need.
The more detailed information the student is provide by the Admissions Representative, the student will make an informed decision on enrolling and staying with the Program of choice. This will reduce the withdraws.

Career Ed Lounge is embedded in over eighty professional development portals serving the career and technical education community. Performance Groups in the Lounge are integrated with related learning opportunities offered on these portals. With a few exceptions, Performance Groups are also publicly available to any member of the Lounge to maximize peer-to-peer learning and performance outcomes.
