Understanding students’ personalities really helps the learning process, since each student responds better to different teaching methods.

Successful instructors and learners share traits like respect, adaptability, curiosity, and a positive attitude toward learning from mistakes.

TC shows how different personality types affect the way people communicate, behave, and learn. It also helps me understand others better so I can communicate more clearly and build stronger relationships in school and other academic settings.

Tthat personality models explain how people think, behave, and interact in different situations. I studied theories from Hippocrates and Carl Jung, as well as MBTI, Keirsey’s Temperaments, and True Colors. MBTI has four dimensions that form 16 personality types, Keirsey has four temperaments, and True Colors uses four colors. These models help identify different personality and learning styles in people. I will use this knowledge to improve communication and adapt my teaching and learning with others.

Being an outstanding instructor means staying professional while genuinely caring for your students. It’s about guiding them to think independently, encouraging curiosity, and creating a safe space to explore ideas. Adaptability, creativity, and attentiveness make learning meaningful and memorable

Anti-traditional teaching actually values a more human, student-centered approach. By prioritizing connection, emotional support, and autonomy, teachers promote deeper learning, critical thinking, and student confidence.

Being an effective instructor goes beyond knowing the content: it involves moving around the classroom and lab, maintaining both administrative and educational organization, and practicing patience in communication. It is important to use clear and encouraging language and to promote critical thinking by asking questions that focus on why and how.

I learned how to be more intentional in the way I communicate with my students and that, to be truly effective, I need to use additional mobility and presence in the classroom. Circulating around the room allows me to engage with students more directly, monitor their understanding, and provide immediate, positive feedback. By creating a supportive and responsive environment, students feel more comfortable asking questions, and I gain a clearer understanding of where they may need extra guidance.

The importance of balancing creativity and structure in game design education. I now understand how to create an engaging environment for students by combining practical skills with creative exploration. I plan to apply this by encouraging students to set clear goals while giving them space to experiment and innovate.

I've learned the importance of combining creativity with structured project management in game design. I've gained insights into how methods like Agile can help students stay organized and focused while encouraging creative thinking. I intend to apply these concepts by setting clear goals for students and providing them with both the freedom to explore and the framework to complete projects efficiently.
