I learned feedback is important for positive and corrective action.

For each class attempting to maintain motivation and enthusiasm in the course will be seen and felt by the students. Students look to the instructor to be not only a role model but also for guidance. 

Adult learners generally try harder than younger students because they see the value in education. 

Very helpful in understanding the students view on how they learn best and communication with changes.
