The use of technology has been very beneficial to students and staff. The flexibility of using technology anywhere is vital to the success of students. Technology can be very useful for students with different schedules and needs. 

Ensuring instructors know the use of technology can alter the meaning or tone of a message. Being able to differentiate the needs of each student and how they comminicate. 

Building a strong professional relationship with the students benefits the students, instructors, and the school as a whole. A strong relationship can allow students and instructors to feel safe and comfortable speaking with each other, asking questions, and asking for help when needed. Without this the students may hesitate to get the most out of their education. 

Active learning is important in the student-centered classroom. Critical thinking allows students to develop the skills needed to solve future problems. Problem based learning builds critical thinking, teamwork, and real world problem solving skills that will be useful in the workplace after graduation as well. 

Active learning is crucial to the students experience in the classroom (Online or on ground). Active learning helps students feel like they can engage in the material and leads to higher retention rates. 

Encouraging engagement in materials and discussion. Supporting students by promoting active learning, clear expectations, timely feedback, and strong interaction between students and their instructors. Preventing procrastination. 

Ensuring to keep learning student-focused. Regular communication, discussions, and monitoring of grades and progress of each student. 

Leading by example: Clear, concise, professional, and communicative. Ensuring students feel they have support during the entire process. 

Keeping engagement during online courses is important to keep students excited about the course and material. Ensuring to have every student participate in discussion helps keep the information fresh and relevant. Sending personal messages to students who seem quiet, or participate less, can help make a connection and encourage the student to participate more. 

Preparing ahead of time to be professional, organized, and ready for the lesson -online or in person. Ensuring to practice ahead of time for demos. Ensure clear video resources for online learning.
