Having a positive impact for students will help them to be positive in their education.

Students are customers and the whole college employees will each treat the students with excellence service.

I have learned that if we pay attention to our students, they will be successful in the class.

Understanding the different ways of learning will help with explaining lecture and keeping students engaged.

What I have learned is making the first day important so that you can get your students involved and what to expect throughout the day.

What I have learned from this is coming in early and speaking with the students so I can get to know them. Making sure I have a proper time to plan my day out so I have checklist and an idea of what I have planned for the day. 

From this course I learned how to speak professionally and how to dress professionally.  I also learned to be there before class to make sure that if students need me that I am here to help them with any problems.
