Having a printed RJP is something I am going to have to look into, as I current do an oral one but it is time consuming.  I like the thought that they can go home and review. 

Being strategic in wording job advertisements was new for me, I have never been on this side of a job ad before, so didn't think much about the whole wording perspective. 

I love the idea of interviewing faculty already in the position in order to determine the actual needs of the position.  While I have recently been in the faculty role, I can see where my counterparts who help in the hiring process may need to have a refresher.
