I found this module very helpful some information I already use in class, I think it is very important as a culinary instructor that you tie together the academic side with the kitchen side and bring it all together. I feel it is important to tell students that our industry is not all glitz and glamour. Be 100 % honest 100% of the time and you will be turning the next successful group of chefs.

I have also noticed that Gen Y learners have the need of instant satisfaction when they take quizzes or turn assignments they need to know there grades right away. I have also noticed that when feedback is given they have a hard time accepting any negative comments.

completing this module has given me some rejuvenation toward teaching new students.

Taking this course reinforced my confidence in my teaching methods.  I agree completely with the techniques of modeling, managing and motivating that this course highlights.
