There must be enough content that the students can play the game multiple times with new or varied content each time in order to keep them engaged and be effective. 

Online presence is important in game/simulation learning.  Because it helps build a sense of community and togetherness. 

• Gaming/ Simulation is helpful for developing professional decision making.
• Preparation time is a draw back for teachers.
• Need to balance fun/ competition & opportunities for insight.
