In this topic I learned alot about instructor image. Admitting to my mistakes, and keeping control of my classroom as a new instructor.

In this topic, I learned the importance of student monitoring, and behavior. Listening is important to students who get angry or frustrated easily. I have alot of shy students, undertsanding why they may be shy and using strategies will help my students be successful.

In this topic I learned how to deal with students who may have a harder time focusing, sharing the classroom as well well staying on track. As well as undertstanding different behaviours, helping students take accountability for their behavior without making a scene, or making them feel badly.

In this topic, I learned how to set up success for the student from creating a comfortable enviroment in the class by doing ice breakers, to creating a syllabus that students will actually read. I also learned that its very important that I, as the instuctor is very clear on my expectations for the class, assignments, due dates, etc. For the rest of the MOD, I plan to self reflect, make adjuistments and see how I can apply what I have learned in my class.
