Throughout this module, I’ve realized how important it is to balance structure and flexibility in online learning. One best practice I’ve found effective is setting clear expectations early and offering students multiple ways to engage—whether through discussions, videos, or assignments.

My action plan moving forward includes integrating more frequent check-ins and formative feedback to keep students motivated and on track. One challenge I often face is encouraging participation from quieter students, but I’m learning that personalized, private encouragement can make a big difference.

What I’ve Learned:
This module has deepened my understanding of the key factors that influence student success in online learning, such as time management, intrinsic vs. extrinsic motivation, and online readiness. I’ve learned that supporting students effectively involves more than just providing content—it requires intentional planning, empathy, and the use of tools tailored to students' specific needs and challenges.

How I Intend to Apply It:
