Never argue, don't over share, be careful with your words, just state facts and answer what you truly know.
Answer the visitor's questions truthfully and never lie, if you do not know the answer of something, just say you don't, it will be fine. Most importantly, be organize, be sharp and focus.
Use common sense, everyone should be treated with respect, a visit can be expected at anytime, be attentive to the agents every request and be prepared.
The most important takeaway is that onsite visits can happen at any time, and that they are not only part of routine reviews. What surprised me most was that complaints, social media activity, or failure to meet key metrics can quickly trigger a visit. This means they are actively watching you.
