It is important to maintain adjunct faculty who are active professionals within their field and it is crucial to assign them to courses that enhance a student's experience and the business community. 

Learning that "Focusing on predictive indicators of positive outcomes is much more likely to provide insights for the improvement of online instruction"  was a great take away for me.  It is easy to dump out data but the focus should be broader quantitative and qualatative to provide quality insight and growth for an instructor.  

Asynchronous and synchronous communication and phased onboarding/orientation is a sure way to stitch in new faculty while making sure all levels of compliance are met and measureable. 

It is important to apply the real word career focussed experience to the classroom at all times.  Therefore hiring current career professionals to teach adjunct provides a well-rounded career-focused experience for students.
