This course has been quite informative in which I had utilize each suggestion and tips.  It has been a great review with great information.  I certainly would recommend to my peers to take this particular course to enhance their teaching.  the course is very well presented and comprehensible.

this particular course has greatly stregnthen  my areas of weaknesses.  there are many important areas that I have been able to incorporate as an instructor.  

I find that periodically testing the students as given as a pop quiz, keeps the student alerted for the unexpected material. thus the student must retain the information rather than just temporarily using the information with the simple goal of passing an examination and moving on to the next concept.

i find that as a new instructor each class has a different dynamic and my teaching methods must be modified to deliver the needs and understanding of the student.  Reiteration and reviewing key concepts are needed for the student to retain the concepts, principles and theories and apply what is learned to clinical application.

I find that regularly assessing the students practical skills is highly recommended; We also incorporate this as part of a final examination prior to their clinical attendance for the first time.  it also prepares them for the actuality in patient care.
