I am always worried that I am not doing things properly. I teach culinary arts, and while I know alot, there are still some things that I as a teacher am learning. I don't want to look foolish. I will make sure to prepare better, and let the kids know that I am human and am still learning as well. 

Monitoring is something that I need to work on in my classroom. Being able to monitor my kids more frequently will allow them to continue to stay on task.

There are many different types of students in each class. With that, each student behavior needs to be handled according to their own needs. 

I have been reminded that students need to know what is in it for them. My class is one that is fun, and most students like to join because they are able to cook,  however, many don't take the class seriously. I need to make sure they know what they are getting out of taking my course. Make sure all due dates are clearly given in the syllabus and so are course expectations.
