This training experience has been highly informative. While I was very familiar with many of the existing rules and regulations of the CIE, I did learn new, useful information to help me be an even stronger admissions representative. I have found that this training is geared towards providing the student with the best enrollment experience possible, while protecting the institution and the representative in regards to the information that is provided.
