I intent to apply ChatGPT in my nursing teaching for guiding students on looking for scholarly articles with relevant nursing core topics on safety to establish priorities in clinical situations.

Society at large will benefit from handy information, on the go, while at school. at home, and many different settings We can obtain valid information just before making mistakes at work or school. For me the disadvantage is that people will overuse information and avoid bet practices like dong our own research and reflections on EBP.

I learned that service learning is a way to involve, engage, and make students socially responsible. Is part of student's moral development. I teach nursing in which students are involved on patient care. Those patients are not only in acute care facilities, but everywhere in the community, so they will look for ways to support those communities in need.

Service learning represents both a strategy to learn from specific communities and help those communities in need with education, follow up, communicating those community needs to corresponding aid programs. Students feel motivated to learn and act immediately afterwards.

Keeping engagement from students is very difficult on both face-to-face environment and online teaching. Being out of the students' company, makes it even more difficult. In this module we reviewed ways to get students engagement by developing activities that keep them busy and motivated. I think that effective and efficient feedback is a way to reward and motivate students even if they are doing things right. Is a way to reinforce their learning and identify areas of weakness before proceeding in the course. I know for prior experiences that maintaining feedback is a positive motivational way to engage students, but… >>>

As faculty our more powerful skill is EQ. Without it, we could not do this job.

Finally, I understand the difference and importance of both soft skills and hard skills. Essential in a teaching environment workplace.
