It's important to keep all information for students and programs updated. Refering to the CIE website will ensure you always have the most current information. 

It's important to keep up to date information on all because we want to always make sure we are giving potential students the most updated and current information. The FL CIE website is always a good reference tool to utilize. 

In this module I learned the importantance of student services. It's important for students to have a full team of support and for them to understand who else is availabe to support them throughout their education. Marketing and advertising are important parts of getting our name out to students, but advertising should always adhere to compliance regulations. 

The institution catalog and enrollment agreement lay out the terms and what the student can except from our institution. It is important to stay update on any changes to any programs, catalogs and enrollment agreements at your college. Knowledge is key and we always want to make sure we are giving the student the correct information at all times! 

I have been in college admissions for over twelve years. Compliance training is something that should always be in the front of our minds. We should always make sure that we are helping our students. For the first chapter what I took from it, was a refresher on my terminology.
