Teaching adults can be fun with the application of other diverse learning strategies. Paying attention to the student's learning style is very effective.

The lessons learnt is the ability to work with all students in a way the is promoting to the educational goal. Listening and observing the student learning skills, ensuring that the learning environment is supportive of the students learning and paying attention to the students' needs in a professional manner as well as providing some degree of support within my scope.
