I feel like I am in the middle. Sometimes I come up with what I feel are great impactful ideas but do not know how to execute them. Or I can carry out and execute someone's vision and idea while deligating and managing the project. 

Being a good leader has many layers in order to be considered successful and impactful. 

Course revisions should happen frequently and in a way that is only improving the course information. 

Make sure students know that expections of communications with other students and with the instrutor. Write in proper grammer, don't use all caps, use proper puntucations, include all background information if needed, and include personal contact information if needed. 

Planing ahead is so very important and make sure you have the proper amount of time to engaged in students. Commuication is always the key while making students feel connected to the online enviromnet. Must be flexible and understand things will happen with techolongy, it's importatnt to understand and work through the issues with grace.

Teaching time management is so important to benefit a student and help them succeed, espeically if they are a first time student taking an online course. If they lack time managment and the skills to break down their course work iin a time line they will become overwhelmed and want to quit.

Taking a lab class all online, i could see how challenging and time consuming it may be. It takes a dedicated instrucrtor who is proactive and passionate about the course information to dedicate time to enhancing their coure. 

Students engangement is so important especially for an online class, inserting videos or scavenger hunts is a great way to keep students engaged.

Enganging students in the course work with other tools like blogs or wiki pages can be very beneficial in order to connect the students to tha material. Providing students with expectations and a rubric should also be attached to each assignment. In addition, having students personally reflect on the information they learned after each lesson can promote critical thinking. 

To be a successful student in the asynchrounus environments one must be self motivated learners, have good time management skills, able to work indepedently, not need a strong connection to the instructor or classmates in the courses, and also able to research answers on their own.
