People olny absorb so much information and have short attention spans.  Therefor varying a teaching style to shift a students brain to constantly refocus is good.  

Observe yourself teaching...sometimes we dont convay what we mean to though body language or instructional language for we are only human.

Greet every student and attach something about them to help you remember their names.  Entrust students to you by giving off some information about yourself and experiences that might entice them or help them with the growth of their career.

Prepare and plan for classes.  Making lists help to keep you organized.  The amount of detail and precision that goes into a syllabus will be more beneficial for the students.

I enjoyed the refocusing the students are learning as the most important not the teaching.  We lead by example for our next generation and inducing professionalism, growth, and development will be observed by your students for them to carry through their careers.
