I love teaching using the MI's and Learning styles. It is more work up front, but I believe the kids can show more of what they learned because it's their style, not mine.

I have used music in my classroom for many years. I do find that the students are more relaxed and focued on what they are doing while playing. I have seen students listening to other music, probably with a faster tempo and I see them flipping through the music more often, frigidity. 

Say positive words rather than using there negative opposites.
