Learning Leadership never stops. There are always new ways of leading teams and each team is different so you need to be adatptive as a leader moing forward. 

The 10% rule is interesting as I would think there should be some variance based on the market your school is in. some areas are easiter to market than other areas and I think this should be taken into consideration. 

There needs to be alot of thought and consideration for efforts to grow a school and MUST include many individuals from the school so that you have all the necessary information needed to plan accordingly. 

The more proactive a school is with their students the more apt they are going to be succesful in their program  

I beleive to many schools get caught up in the moment of their course offerings rather than evaluating your programs in the long range to try and plan for any upticks or downward trends that may be on the horizon. 

A five year plan is crucial to any business to survive in this ever changing world of education. The year 2020 has proven that. If a school did not offer online it would have seriously impacted a school being able to proceed forward with thier goals.
