About the assess Problem Based Learning m, i can use to analyze a given video of a plant production and ask sudentes how they can improve te flow of materials and workers ergonomic stations. 

Rubrics are necessary tools for evaluating results in an active learning environment , it will help the instructor and the studentes to reduce their anxiety of how they will be evaluated and what is necessary they achieve.

The instructor must know all the limitations and misconceptions that are present in an active learning environment, so he can prepare responses to develop classes positively

Active learning needs a good planned stucture to help the student to do what is expected; listen, read, write, discuss, reflect and work for a project in the subject.

Assesment should help the engagement of the learner and help to control with evidence of knowledgement

I learned that intrinsic and extrinsic motivations are important for a good learning, and the professor should consider both

This phase is critical, so people involved should work directly with instructors to prepare games and simulations that can join goals, contents, and implementation to reach the learn

Organization and design of simulating games is necessary to engage goals with content of games 

I find that all turns around of doing and practice what we learn in all moments. This is key for all life.

He aprendido el proceso cognitivo que ayuda al aprendizaje....lo que escucho me olvido, lo que escucho y veo puedo recordar algo, lo que escucho, veo y discuto empeizo a aprender y lo que escucho, veo, discuto y hago me ayuda a aprender mejor....todo esto en un ambiente virtual se facilita con los juego y la simulacion donde se pueden crear los contextos necesarios.
