Active listening will aid in providing better customer service. Equipping the necessary skills within the team will also improve the quality of customer service. 

Priority customer service is of the utmost importance. This affects all aspects and bleeds into one another at the University level.

Students after much time slowly are the customers we must tend to. Through their satisfaction, can increase the educational success and spread the wealth of knowledge. 

Be aware of others, come to the table with compassion and understanding and always respond with grace and kindness before anything else. 

Rubrics create a strong guideline to adhere to for facilitating students learning outcomes. 

Hands on learning, through research, has been shown to be the beneficial way for students.

Utilizing Bloom's taxonomy can create a successful learning experience for students and all parties combined

Concepts will aid in the learning experience in the flipped classroom. 

Communication is one of the most important aspects to learning, between colleagues and students. It helps facilitate learning. 

Just in time teaching proves to show better routes of review and preview for full retention of concepts.
