We as humans are motivated buy rewards of acknowlegement.  For other motivation is internal. Regardless of what motivates us, we need to draw on our ways of motivation.

I agree with Steve :-)   This course was very helpful because it made us think about things tha we may not conciously think about on a daily basis.  Teachers not only instruct but there is a large administrative piece that comes with it and that takes us away from the different types of teaching techniques.  Nice job Steven!
