methods to present a positive learning environment are very useful to me, because sometimes I can get lost in laying down the law as it were.

Self-reflection after each lecture is important to improve course delivery every single time.

This module seems to operate on the assumption that we do not have about 4 hours of content to cover in addition to the introductions and course orientation. A lengthy introduction would be nice, but it is simply not plausible in a rapid-paced nursing program. I may do an introductory discussion thread for them ahead of the first class to establish somewhat of an introduction before class begins. I like the name tents concept though. I have wanted to do this before but have not yet.

I will be early to class, I will complete lecture plans as always, and keeping a notepad isn't a bad idea.

This was not so much a learning experience as reinforcement of previous knowledge. I would like to get into class early to greet my students, I feel as though I have struggled in the past with getting to class on time through illness or other instructors talking to me. I cannot wait to show my passion for nursing in the classroom again.
