I have learned the policies, transfer credits and the accreditation and liscensing difference, all very important aspects of an institution. 

This module informed me about the difference between Liscenced and Accredited Institutions, the procedure and requirements for transfer credits and the importance of organizational charts. 

In this section I understood the importance of the preparation of each admissions representative, how we need to learn every aspect of the programs being offered. On the other hand, it explains the different ways of advertising and marketing strategies used for the institution and the guidelines the institution should follow. 

This information proves how vital paperwork is for the admissions procedure, how it needs to be meticulously handled for it to be done correctly. It shows how we need to be in constant communication with other departments such as Financial and Registration in order to do things the correct way. 

Primarily, I have learned with this module the importance of the admissions department in a postsecundary educational institution. Learning the variety of aspects that create this deparment and the procedures and regulations it witholds allows one to appreciate all the dimensions of their work.
