I learned the importance of staying updated in our institution: understand and find any updates in regards of our School Catalog, the Standards of Licensure and the Accreditation Manual so we can provide the students the full picture of the University, studies and access.

The responsibility that we have so students understand the requirements of any financial aid and tuition assistance: their obligations and the ramifications if they do not adhere to the terms of their loans or repayment plans.

For me it was the idea of creating a Resource Notebook: I believe that this is a very practical way to organize all the information about your institutions specifics and keep yourself updated.
