This section provided some great detail about the diverse students that in your class room. It is important to be able to relate, but every student is different, and you will need to establish the common ground among them.
I plan to go through the preterm checklist and validate all my links and material are working. Reviewing the objectives and making them granular so students will have a very clear understanding on what each weeks topics will focus on.
As a leader, you're one of the main focus points students see and are the face of the topic they're learning about. Use the 3 M's to your advantage and don't try to be something you're not.

Career Ed Lounge is embedded in over eighty professional development portals serving the career and technical education community. Performance Groups in the Lounge are integrated with related learning opportunities offered on these portals. With a few exceptions, Performance Groups are also publicly available to any member of the Lounge to maximize peer-to-peer learning and performance outcomes.
