Using social media can be an incredibly useful tool as long as basic rules are followed!

It is so important for students to feel comfortable and safe in their environment to share thoughts, questions, and ideas. 

It is important to recognize the different learners in each cohort. I try to taylor my teaching to the majority and provide suggestions or meetings for those that fall into a different learning style or group.

I have learned how important it is to encourage adult learners to be accountable for their own learning through research and class discussions and interactions.

A well written rubric should calibrate grading between those evaluating the work. I will take this information and evaluate and improve the rubric I am currently using:)

Peer and self assessments are so valuable for the student. Rubrics provide a clear guide for both.

It is so important to evaluate your course regularly and to have stakeholders input as well. This enables you to improve your course content and methods to make it the best that it can be.

From this module I can see that utilizing my rubric more will be helpful and important moving forward. I also like the idea of incorporating more peer reviews.

I will take this information and apply what I have learned to my online discussions. I find that students are responding with"good job" or I agree which does not promote conversation or provide valuable feedback. I would also like to encourage thought and problem-solving skills")

keeping modules consistant for students is so helpful. Once they become familiar with the instructors style and use of module it makes things flow much easier!
