I learned the specifics of what makes a useful objective as well as factors that can contribute to better planning and preparation of the course. 

I've learned management is very about preparation of both content and process. I also learned about how to develop a useful professional development plan and why this is an important component to the work. It made me consider the culture at the college in the way it perceives professionalism and how I can best model that professionalism in my appearance, tone, and delivery of course content.
