I have learned that it is important to do a self analysis inventory. It is also important to have self motivation and good time management skills and remember whether you are face to face or online your special need students are important. 

It is very important to make sure you introduce yourself and have the student do the same.

I understand the importance of having a syllabus, knowing your lesson plan, objectives and goals. I'm learning a lot and understanding a lot.

I have learned that being a model instructor for my students and showing professionalism makes a big difference in their learning.
