From this I have learned that quality online programs should be broken down into sections or module that contain simple to follow path. This path should include information that makes sense, and has an intellectual quality that will benefit the learner. 

This module is a good reminder to draw students into discussion with personal experiences if possible. Also by remaining enthusiastic and engaged in the material myself I can creat some level of motivation for my students.

From this section I learned and have begun to understand the importance of discussion.  By learning more about my students I will be able to target abilities for them and help them gain momentum from their strengths, while improving their weeknesses
