i learned that it is not ok to guess if i do not know the answer to the prospective students questions.i learned that we can encourage employees to perform actions with integrity but  not actions that constitute misconduct. I learned that having a resource notebook handy will be a great way to have up to date information handy when speaking with prospective students.

i have learned that it is very important to have a checklist of things the applicant must complete in order to complete the admission process. 

i learned the an enrollment agreement is a legally binding contract signed by the Students as well as the authorized personal at the college, also the role of an agent which is the person that secures the application and collects payment from the prospective student for the college.
