Here is teamwork guidelines.

It is a very informative course with different case scenario. In practical life, I see there is no firm boundary between leadership ans a managerial and these bot roles are vey interdependent.

It is a great course to learn about leadership skills and quality and it should be completed  by institution heads.

Instructor and students should know each other from the very first day. Instuctor must provide a guideline to students regarding posting material on the discussion board. Instructor must project and his/her presenece from a distance and also maintain his/her authority.

Instructor must familarize with course delivery techniques and strategies. They also must provide a very explicit information regarding course, grading policy, deadline for the assignment and grading rubrics.
