What I’ve learned from this module is that conflict is not just about who is right or wrong — it’s about understanding positions, interests, and the emotional impact behind people’s behavior. I learned how important it is to separate the person from the problem, to use “I” statements instead of blame, and to let people take ownership of resolving their own conflicts rather than trying to fix everything for them.
Going forward, I plan to apply this by slowing down before reacting, especially when emotions are high. I will focus more on listening for underlying interests, not just stated demands,… >>>
