This was a great reminder to be more intentional when writing or responding to an email. It can easily be taken out of context when sending a quick reply to someone that may be looking for a bit more depth.

I want to be better with setting expectations and talk about the different techniques to make the student think a little more for themselves with guidance.

I am looking forward to applying the SNIP model and use the proper framework to give constructive feedback.

From this module I learned to empower students by recognizing the discoveries of their own strengths, interests, and values. This will help connect to their own career choices they need to make.
