Keep good records, and continually look for the students who are not participating for one reason or another. I hope I can give a good quality learning enviroment with the content that I teach. 

I learned that we need to be careful in our comments and make sure the students have enough information to be confident to discuss the topic. Keep it moving and be prepared to infuse new information if the discussion starts to lag.

Try to be as transparent as possible with your students. Let them feel that you care about them and how they learn. 

This will be beneficial in keeping everythhing in order. Having a meeting prior to starting is important because it gives the instructor the opportunity to meet with the students and also let you know if there are technology issues. We need to make it as engaging as possible considering we are teaching real hands on subjects.
