The use of the different Formats of Testing will show the teacher where the students are best validated from and where they do better in the learning process.

Assessments are very important in finding out the level of skills and competencies the students are at and is a measure of finding out where they still need more learning support.

Questioning students is a way to know and check if they have learned something and is somekind of a validation also that you as a teacher have been succesful in learning process.

A successful teacher is a teacher who caters to the different learning styles of students. One must be able to provide all learning process by using all the different Learning Styles.

Constant motivation of students are very important in order to sustain their enthusiasm and interest.

Discussions with students are very beneficial and productive because they are able to relate their experiences in what they are learning and this is a good reinforcement.

I've learned to be receptive to the feelings and needs of the students. I've learned to care and I've learned to trust and respect each and everyone.

What I've realized is that, as a teacher, you need to be receptive to the student's needs.

I think the best way to deliver course content is to do different teaching platforms like video showing, Quizlets, and games to keep the students engaged and make the learning process lively and not boring.

Introducing myself to the students breaks the ice and make them feel welcome and important.
