From ths course, I learned that it is important to think about the cause of negative interactions.

I learned that it is important to be firm when negotiating.

I have learned that I need to have evidence when giving feedback.

I learned that asking rhetorical questions is an example of active listening.

From this course, I have learned that I do have the potential to coach others. I have also learned that encouraging others is a core part of coaching.

I learned that using visuals for presentations is a a great way to engage the audience.
