Activity

I will continue to support and train my team on customer service.  It would be helfpul if all department teams were provided the same information on college goals, especially customer service, so I will continue to encourage that initiative with administration. 

Providing continuous customer service training for your staff is important. Making sure they are appreciated is important to staff so that their positive energy is felt through their interactions with students.  Admins should set an example.  

Communication is key when creating a customer-centered environment.  Having multiple outlets is important in higher education because students come from all backgrounds and skill-sets.  Keeping it personal and in-house is important to mainting a personal relationship.  

All employees can be the face of an institution so it is important that administration foster a positivity energy that staff can share throughout daily interataction with students.   First impressions are key to moving forward and retaining.
