I know that there are many people that struggle with using computers. The extent of support that is available is life changing for that group. It opens up a whole new avenue for their learning experience. 

Asynchronous discussions are best started with social interactions, as well as ending the same way. Student interaction is encouraged.

I learned that online teaching is very similar to face to face teaching. This is wonderful news for me!

Yes. The list of daily tasks to comply with is extremely helpful.

It is important to follow the regulatory agencies per your state. Each state has their own cridentials and standards. I am also happy that high pressure sale tactics for interested students is not tolerated.

I did know quite a bit of this information. I felt it was a good refresher course, however, I grew up on an Army base and it is wonderful that there are benifits in place for those that ensure our safety. 

It is very important to understand your scope when communicating what you can and cannot offer a prospective student. Misinformation has it's consequences. If you do not know the answer to a question, do not guess. Refer the student to the appropriate person, or find out the answer, and get back to the student.

I really enjoyed this segment. I learned alot about coursework eligability, and how credit hours are used inregard to funding. I also waseducated on the aspects and resolutions of the Do Not Call rules. Integity and being transparent are very important in dealing witheveryone.
