I've learned the importance of staying informed about the institution’s policies, procedures, and resources, especially when it comes to things like transfer credits, student services, and the various regulatory bodies that govern the institution. I also understand how crucial it is to keep a well-organized Resource Notebook to easily access up-to-date information. I’ll apply this by regularly updating my notebook and making sure I’m familiar with the materials and policies to better support prospective students.

I’ll apply this by keeping my Resource Notebook organized and using this knowledge to assist prospective students accurately and confidently.

In this module, I learned about the critical importance of accurately handling the admissions paperwork and ensuring that prospective students are fully informed about the enrollment process, tuition fees, and financial aid options. I also gained insight into the necessary forms, such as the enrollment agreement, and the various steps involved in creating and maintaining student files in compliance with institutional and regulatory guidelines. Understanding how to properly complete these forms and where they should be routed after the interview is crucial for both efficiency and compliance.
