Each student has a different "best" learning style. Our goal, as educators, is to present material in a manner that includes a wide variety of different learning styles. 

Each student has a "native" language. Dialects in language contain differences in tone and words used, such as slang. Each student should be permitted resources that enhance their learning in the language of their choice

Culture and race can limit someone's opinion of a person. Just because someone has darker skin, does not mean that they are "black" or "African American'. This limits how students are seen and heard. 

Every student has different life and educational experiences that will influence them, I should not assume students are at the same.
