it is our responsibility to make sure that we stay up to date with what any regulation are. It can results in sever consequences if these rules are no followed.

Understanding how each department plays a role in the school can be very helpful in providing expectations to the prospect. If they have a good picture of what the school is like it can give them some reassurance and clarity during the enrollment process. 

It is helpful that there are instructions on what not and what to do. The spefici instructions elimante any room to maek asssumptions on how to handle certain situations. 

The main take away for me is to make sure the informtion that is presented must be accurate infromation and if I do not know it then I must get the answer and not provide any misrepresentation.

There was a link that was Article 8. Fair Business Practices. The information listed in that link was very specific of what someone should not do. I will be able to refer to this to make sure the conversations made with prospective students are accurate.
